Appointment Policies

All guests that enter the studio collective are asked to ensure they are in good health before entering.

All artists and technicians are trained on and certified in updated trade and sanitation practices surrounding their industry standard, as well as, all communicable disease guidelines and provincial health orders.

Upon entering the studio collective please wait to be seated at the station your service will be performed.

Masks are recommended to be worn in the studio collective, however they are not mandatory for your service.

We do ask that all children 14 and under do not attend your appointments as all focus should remain on your service being provided.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment should be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If this cannot be met there will be a cancellation fee of $50 applied to your payment method on file or next scheduled booking. Your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled through the website booking page, your confirmation email, or by contacting us directly via Instagram or email at contact@enchantbeautyco.com.
